Smith and Smith, Realtors is a Tulsa-based company and Jim Smith has been a licensed real estate broker with his own company since 1988. All of the paperwork and contracts involved in each and every real estate auction are handled exclusively by Jim Smith. Real estate auctions will be conducted by a licensed sales-associate for Smith and Smith, Realtors (OREC & GTAR approved). Mr. Smith is a life-long Tulsa residents who are well-familiar with Tulsa and the surrounding area. Auctions are not the only specialty of Smith and Smith, Realtors and Jim Smith is well-versed in every aspect of the listing and sale of residential and commercial real estate.
