Cooperating Broker Agreement

A licensed real estate broker acting as a "Single Party Broker" or a "Transaction Broker" for a pre-registered, qualified client may receive a referral fee of 1% of the high bid once the client/buyer pays and closes on the property with strict adherence to the terms of the "Sales Agreement" established by Smith and Smith, Realtors.

Higher referral fees may be available for higher value properties.
